Geen enkel project of opdracht kan succesvol afgerond worden zonder juiste inzet en benadering van mensen. Zowel binnen een eigen team als richting een klant.
Proces
Binnen complexe omgevingen is werken binnen vastgestelde kaders en processen van essentieel belang. Nog belangrijker is dit wanneer je te maken hebt met stroef lopende projecten.
techniek
Naast Mens en Proces, heb ik altijd affiniteit met techniek gehad. De afgelopen jaren in de scheepsbouwindustrie, samenwerkend met alle disciplines in de voorbrengingsketen.
