In the near future my LinkedIn posts will be linked from my new blog. So this message aims at a couple of goals, testing the link functionality and post elements and providing a brief heads up on upcoming post contents. The latter also to prevent this from being a “spam” post in case the functionality test fails.

I plan on posting about the world of shipbuilding, in particular those parts I’m involved with. I wrote a couple of articles a while ago, but decided to start posting again. As a test I made a simplified infographic about the shipbuilding processes (which should be visible in this post). 

As a future post I’m thinking about going a bit in depth on prepation for sea trials and conducting trials. And sharing pictures of typical production scenes. I wont provide project specific details, but I think I’ll be able to provide enough info to make it an interesting read for the “uninitiated” :).
